Today was another day of feeling like my head was going to fall off. The dizziness & nausea got worse by the time I made it home from work last night. I honestly shouldn’t have driven home. Dizziness, trouble seeing, on top of my issues with divided attention tasks? Yeah, it wasn’t a good hour drive home. So, I stayed home again today & spent most of it playing Dragon Age: Inquisition. For some odd reason, playing video games helps with my cognitive fatigue. I don’t know why & my speech therapist couldn’t figure it out either. But it works for me.

Nothing much happened with the animals today. The weather was surprisingly chill, with just light rains throughout the day. The Ithakē Flock had the pen, the M&M Twins had the barn & the 3 Amigos had the garage. Toki & Arya, as they do, stayed close to me.

I did have a small chicken rodeo when trying to bring the Twins up for the night. They both still get startled by the sound of the barn door sliding open/closed & took off on me. Took about an hour for me to round both up. I caught Mercury with a net & tried to do the same with Memnoch while holding her. Didn’t work out so well, so she went up to the garage so I could use both hands to catch Memnoch. She did not like that at all. She started making this sound that was like a ring tone from the 80’s. So weird. I did eventually catch Memnoch while he was trying to start a fight with Odysseus through the fencing. When I put him up with Mercury, she just squawked at him in this angry tone for 5 minutes. They’ve never been superheated for that long of a time.

For pictures today, I decided to see if I had taken any around this time last year with Hipstamatic.

This was the best one. Since there was only one, I decided to share a few pictures I got of the Dale Chihuly exhibit the Denver Botanic Gardens had last year. I went after having just started walking about 1-2 weeks prior. People were incredibly rude about my not being able to walk as fast or as well as they felt I should. I had a teenage girl almost push me into one of the ponds. It was very rough to cover all that ground, but it was worth it.

Hopefully, I’m not stressing out as hard tomorrow as I have been since last Friday & I can get back on track.
